What are the dimensions of the SOUN bag?

Dimensions: (Width x Height x Depth)  

Exterior - 15 in.  x 14 in.  x 5 in.

Interior - 14 in.  x 13 in. x 4 in.

Size can vary based on how you pack it. The interior adjustable divider can be removed to allow for more space.

How can I care for my SOUN bag? 

For dirt or liquid wipe with a dry or damp lint free cloth.  The bag is NOT stain resistant or treated.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be received within the first 24 hours that your order was placed.  Send an email to with CANCEL in the subject line.  Please include, order/confirmation number and reason for cancelling in your email.  Once we receive and review your email, if received within the first 24 hours or if your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel the order and your payment will be returned.  If we receive a request to cancel after the first 24 hours of order date and time, then we will have to process as a refund.

What materials are the bags made of? 

Made for a lifestyle on the go, the SOUN bag is made with durable and water resistant fabric, dual head zipper for opening from either side, as well as top handle and padded backpack straps for carrying.  The SOUN bag IS NOT waterproof.  The 16 PADS on the front of the bag DO NOT make music/operate.  This is an emblem/logo only.

What type of items can fit in the SOUN bag?

Any items you would like to carry will fit in the bag as long as it's within the dimensions as listed above.  We highly recommend measuring the width, height and depth of each item you would like to carry in the SOUN bag, and compare with the dimensions listed above before purchasing. If you have more than one item, stack and measure them together. The interior adjustable divider can be removed to allow for more space. The SOUN bag was made by a music lover for the music maker, but the bag can be used for anything you desire within the dimensions. We tested a few items and found that the following fit nicely into the SOUN bag: small drum machines like, but not limited to Maschine MIKRO, Maschine MK2, Akai MPC 1000, 12 inch vinyl records, 15 inch laptop or smaller, small camera and lenses, as well as small video games and games (like but not limited to the PS4).  If you want to be certain, measure your equipment or items and compare to SOUN bag dimensions.

Can I order a style or product that is not on the website?

At this time, we only offer the SOUN bag featured on the website.  We are currently developing other sizes and merchandise and hope to offer these on the site in the future.

Is sales tax added to my order?

Only California residents are subject to sales tax.

Where do you ship?

We offer shipping within the US 50 states.  We currently DO NOT ship internationally, to P.O. Boxes, or to military addresses at this time. 

I've placed my order, what happens next?

Once you've placed your order an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.  Be sure to check your SPAM/JUNK folder if you do not receive a confirmation email.  Your order will be processed in the order it was received within 24-48 hours. Once your order is processed and shipped you will receive another email alerting you that your order has been shipped.  Shipping times can vary based on the shipping option chosen at the time of purchase. 

What is your return process?

To complete your return, please send an email to, with request and reason for refund/exchange.  We will email you within 24-48 hours with further instructions. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be issued a refund. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after date of purchase will not be issued a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

What is your return policy?

We have a 30 day return policy.  If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return within 30 days of the original order date.  In order to receive a refund or exchange, your item must be in its original condition, unused, no damaged or missing parts, and must also be in the original packaging. Upon receipt of your returned item, a follow up email will be sent to the email address on file and a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.  Please allow 2-3 business days for processing your refund once returned item is received.  Please allow one full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement, or contact your banking institution to find out their processing times.  

If 30 days have gone by since your date of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

What is your exchange process?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and mail item to "Return Shipping" address ONLY after you receive email confirming EXCHANGE APPROVAL from a SOUN BAG representative.

Late or missing refunds?  

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 days of receiving refund approval, check with your bank. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank to speak with a bank associate to further assist you. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  If we do not receive your returned item, we will not be able to issue a refund.
