We have a 30 day return policy.  If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return within 30 days of the original order date.  In order to receive a refund or exchange, your item must be in its original condition, unused, no damaged or missing parts, and must also be in the original packaging.  

Upon receipt of your returned item, a follow up email will be sent to the email address on file and a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.  Please allow 2-3 business days for processing your refund once returned item is received.  Please allow one full billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement, or contact your bank institution to find out their processing times.

If 30 days have gone by since your date of purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, please send an email to, with request and reason for refund/exchange.  We will email you within 24-48 hours with further instructions.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be issued a refund.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after date of purchase will not be issued a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 days of receiving refund approval, check with your bank again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.  If we do not receive your returned item, we will not be able to issue a refund.


Cancellations must be received within the first 24 hours that your order was placed.  Send an email to with CANCEL in the subject line.  Once we receive and review your email, if received within the first 24 hours or if your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel the order and your payment will be returned.  If we receive a request to cancel after the first 24 hours of order date and time, then we will have to process as a refund.
